- The refund request must be made within exactly 7 days (168 hours) of the original transaction timestamp.
- This policy applies exclusively to your first purchase on the platform.
- Subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds under this policy. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to support@study.titedu.cn from the email address associated with your 梯田英语 account.
Please include "Refund Request" in the subject line. Once your request is received and verified against the 7-day criteria, we will process your refund promptly.
4. Processing Time
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during the purchase. Depending on your financial institution or payment provider (e.g., Stripe, credit card issuer), it may take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account after we have initiated the refund.
5. Exceptions
